Girls Golf: Contreras earns State trip; team finishes 3rd in Section

Sophomore golfer Lauren Contreras (pictured to left) qualified for the 2019 State Tournament after shooting an impressive 78 on day two of the Section match! Girls Golf: Tie for 2nd at STMA scramble event

The Crimson girls varsity golf team took 2nd at the St. Michael-Albertville Invitational on Thursday afternoon. The event was a unique 2-person scramble. The Crimson girls finished the 9-hole NWS Conference competition undefeated, 6-0, with an average match score of 183! This is the second year in a row that the team has gone undefeated.  The ladies dealt with more bad weather days that good, but hung in there and found ways to win.
