Gymnastics: Win NWSC meet over Andover; Abid wins All Around (VIDEO)

Video courtesy of CCX Sports The Maple Grove gymnastics team continued a strong start by beating Andover Wednesday. The Crimson won the dual meet 137.700-124.325. Nadia Abid won the vault, uneven bars and all-around competition for the Crimson. Sasha Thompson won the floor exercise. Lillian Bonnstetter took honors on the balance beam for the Crimson.

Congrats to the gymnastics team on their 4th place finish at the Jackie Mann Invitational. Nadia Abid 2nd in the All Around, followed closely by Sasha Thompson who took 3rd.

Gymnastics: Crimson win first NSWC meet; Abid earns All Around title

Congratulations to the Crimson gymnastics squad on their team victory. Top team finishers were: Maple Grove (138.375), Rogers (124.175), and Centennial (118.625). State Tournament Ticket Info: Girls Hockey and Gymnastics

Girls Hockey: Game tickets are available online through Ticketmaster or at the Xcel Energy Center gate. The gates open 1 hour prior to each session (5pm for the 6 pm session). Gymnastics: Spectator tickets are $14 for adults and $9 for students. All spectators must enter through the Pavilion’s Main Ticket Entrance on the west end of the facility.

Maple Grove is going to State on Friday, February 22th (team) and Saturday, February 23th (individuals).
