MSHSL Update: Spring Activity Participation Limitations

Consistent with Emergency Executive Order 20-02 issued on March 15, 2020, by Governor Walz the Minnesota State High School League has updated information on activity participation limitations. Effective from Wednesday, March 18, 2020 through Friday, March 27, 2020: There will be no MSHSL activities and athletics at any member school. This includes all participation including,

MSHSL: Basketball tournaments and speech events cancelled

Effective Immediately:  The Minnesota State High School League is immediately cancelling the Girls Basketball State Tournament.    Additionally, all Boys Section and State Basketball Tournaments have been cancelled.   Section Speech Tournament events for the week of March 15-21 have been postponed indefinitely.  Additional details and information on other upcoming events including Spring Activities will be shared later.

Boys Basketball: Thursday game still on; Fans ARE allowed

The Boys Basketball Section Final Game @ Monticello High School tonight at 7:00 PM against Buffalo High School is still scheduled to play. Nordic Skiing: Bolcer qualifies for US Junior Team

Maple Grove High senior Christina Bolcer has qualified for the U.S. Olympic Ski and Snowboard Junior Nationals Championship Team.
