Zoe Adkins of Maple Grove just wanted to do her best and have fun at last week’s state tennis tournament at the University of Minnesota Baseline Center. What she ended up doing was playing the best tennis of her life and winning third place in the Class AA singles competition.
“I don’t think I was expecting to do as well as I did. I just expected myself to compete better than last year,” said Adkins….
